Is anyone still out there?

thoughts about the practices we have begun

hey all. if anyone is still around i would love to hear thoughts about the first few days of living out the rhythm of our prayers together. also i would be interested to hear about experiences from anyone who has participated in some of the other practices we have taken on. comment or post about different parts of the experience.

for me the most significant so far has been the evening prayer. i am enjoying the opportunity to reflect on the day and God's place in it and the people who have been a part as well.

it's also good to pray for and with all of you.

is everyone still looking around at each other's blogs? the downside of so many of us hanging out in our own personal blogspot is that this discussion has really cooled off. the upside is that there is some good stuff out there. chad has redone his blog to feature some of his art (including some new pieces from his az collection). lachelle is waxing theological about worship and demons and the like. even justin has entered the blogosphere.
that being said, i would love to see conversation resurrect itself here or on the forum. it is helpful to me to here what everyone is thining about our community and what is going on and the dreams we have for it (or concerns) and things like that. i also miss the discussion of film, books, etc.
so while you are off sharing eloquence in your own space, spare a minute or two for your old friend that got you started and say hi over here.
